An evening with Michael Bierut, Jessica Helfand and Design Observer contributors.

Founded in 2003, Design Observer has become a platform for some of the industries leading voices in design, architecture, technology and culture at large. The recent release of “Culture Is Not Always Popular” collects and re-evaluates articles, interviews and themes from the last 15 years. Michael Bierut, Jessica Helfand, Steven Heller, Karrie Jacobs, Thomas de Monchaux, and Ashleigh Axios will look back and re-examine an important period in online culture and how these conversations have shaped our design community.

This conversation will be moderated by Jarrett Fuller.

After the event, you are invited to join us for a reception and book signing. A limited number of books will be available for purchase at the event, but we strongly encourage you to purchase the book in advance (with ticket purchase).
