Fall 2026 Portfolio Review!

Design Your Future: Crafting Portfolios, Building Careers

Portfolio Review offers an afternoon of thoughtful, one-on-one feedback from design leaders in our community. Whether you’re refining your portfolio, developing a case study, or looking for ways to strengthen your work, you’ll have space for constructive conversations and practical guidance.

Throughout the afternoon, you’ll meet multiple reviewers, each bringing a distinct design perspective and set of experiences. Rather than leave with a definitive answer about what your portfolio should be, you’ll gather feedback, notice what resonates, ask questions, and identify next steps.

We hope you leave feeling energized, supported, and more confident in what you’ve built and what you’ll create next.

Meet Our Reviewers!

Who Should Attend

  • Design students and recent graduates
  • Emerging and working designers
  • Designers looking for feedback on their portfolio or a specific project

What to Expect

  • Two one-on-one reviews: You’ll have two 15-minute sessions, each offering a different perspective on your work.
  • Thoughtful, specific feedback: Bring the work or questions you’d most like feedback on. Reviewers can offer guidance on everything from craft and storytelling to presentation and next steps.
  • Time to connect: You’ll also have the opportunity to meet other designers and take part in a larger day of conversation, exchange, and community.
  • A few things to know: Spots are limited and fill quickly. Your ticket includes two 15-minute reviews (30 minutes total). Reviewers and time slots will be assigned in advance, and sessions will run on schedule. Tickets are non-refundable.

How to Prepare

  • Bring the work that needs feedback most: Choose a portfolio, case study, project, or piece you’re actively shaping or questioning.
  • Make the most of your 15 minutes: Briefly introduce the work, come with specific questions, and leave room for back-and-forth conversation.
  • Notice how your work is being read: Senior-level feedback can help you see what stands out, what’s clear, and what may need more explanation, offering useful insights for future reviews, interviews, and networking conversations.
