Creative Operations Consultant Angela Mastandrea and Stockpress co-founder Ian Parkes, will be sharing what they mean by a healthy team, and will discuss the 3 C’s needed for optimal team health. You will learn 12 simple questions to ask yourself to gut-check your team’s health today as well as what to do about the results. We’ll share insights and antidotes to help you create the conditions that your team needs to achieve and sustain the best possible health.

This event is especially for agency owners, team leaders, and individuals looking to build their leadership and management skills.

Angela Mastandrea

As a consultant and coach, Angela helps in-house creative teams navigate the messiness of change/growth, with more ease and less stress, so they can improve the way they operate, communicate, and deliver their design work. She is the perfect mix of left brain and right brain and leverages over 25 years in the creative industry, her background in design and her ability to speak “creative”, to help her clients improve their operations and enable design excellence. Ian Parkes

Ian has worked on both the client and agency side, and seen firsthand the struggle of finding the rhythm of collaboration. As CRO and co-founder of Stockpress, Ian has used his experience to build a file management platform teams can love, that’s built for the way they work. Ian’s excited to show teams whose work depends on finding and sharing hi-res files that there is a better, more visual way to manage files than traditional platforms like Dropbox or Box. Outside of work, he loves spending time with his dog and surfing (badly!)
