Teaching Curious?

NYC educators discuss the basics and domains of teaching Communication Design.

A moderated panel of design educators share their experiences about how they began teaching, how communication design (and the different domains of it) are taught at their programs, and what teaching looks like in and outside of the classroom. We’ll also explore how design education is changing and what the future of it may look like. This panel is directed towards designers interested in beginning to teach. Educators will share how they develop classes, different avenues of teaching, and what they look for when hiring instructors.

What we need from you: This is an opportunity to be part of a conversation about teaching Communication Design. Working designers will have the opportunity to ask questions about what teaching is like.
