Industry Ethics Real Talk

An intimate gathering for meaningful conversation between agency leaders and principals.

As an agency leader or principal do you ever feel caught in a challenging situation? A request for free work to win a project, or being asked to slash budgets to get a famous client on your roster? As design leaders our ethics are called into question every day, and yet the opportunities to discuss openly are few and far between. If you have struggled with these decisions, you are not alone—and we are offering an intimate forum to talk about it.

Welcome to Industry Ethics Real Talk, a conversation that dives into sometimes sensitive topics. Specifically created for agency leaders and principals, please join us for an intimate and in-person dialogue around common ethical challenges we face, with industry expert and business consultant to creatives, Emily Cohen. Emily will discuss challenges and obstacles she’s seen agency leaders face in the industry and open the conversation with the group. The goal is for a high level discourse and actionable steps.

This roundtable conversation is specifically geared for established agency leaders and principals within firms that have been in business for up to 5 years. It’s best for agencies that have 2 or more full-time employees (not solopreneurs or those who rely on a network of contractor-only support).

This in person event is limited to 20 seats and COVID vaccine and mask required.
