Rosten Woo is the executive director and co-founder of the Center for Urban Pedagogy (CUP), a non-profit organizations dedicated to creative education about places and how they change. Through partnerships, CUP’s programs address design planning, participation, and policy. CUP convenes designers, artists, teachers, researchers, and community-based organizations to create tools that empower city residents to understand and participate in the politics of land use—from high school curricula, to public installations, and print campaigns.
